DELAYED SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS 

Our website is open and we can now safely ship orders. Due to restrictions relating to COVID-19 we’ve made express shipping free, so while we can’t promise it will get to you overnight as usual, it should still get to you within a week. If this changes, we’ll let you know.

Our customer service, web and social teams continue to work remotely and are available to field any questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to keep the conversation going.

UAE SHIPPING

We offer Free first class shipping on orders over AED 185 and AED 20 shipping for orders orders under AED 185.

The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. 

Please note, we require a signature upon delivery.

Our orders will ship in 1-3 business days, and in case if a piece is custom made or custom sized please allow 5 more business days. Please let us know if you need your piece urgently, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Wholesale orders, have different shipping times, please contact us, since it varies depending on your order.

PROCESSING

The Processing time (the time it takes to build the piece) is different depending on what you ordered:

  • All Custom Designs are dependent on the Client’s design.
  • All Read-To-Ship items will ship within 1-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please select your country at checkout. Your duty and shipping costs will be calculated, displayed and charged at time of checkout. It’s include a tracking number automatically sent to your email. We cannot track international packages once they are out of the UAE.  

You will be billed in USD and may incur an international transaction fee.

Should you wish to return your item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact thevim@the-vim.com should you wish to initiate a return. We will issue you with a return label and customs documentation.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We offer returns and exchange for unused items within 30 days of item delivery, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must have their returns tags intact, be in their original condition and returned inside their packaging.  We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions; in the case that such items are returned, we will return these items to you. Defective or faulty items should be returned inside their original packaging where possible.

All items returned will be refunded to your original payment method.  We are presently unable to offer exchanges.  If you wish to purchase another replacement item, you may do this directly on our website.

We will only accept returns that are returned using the prepaid shipping label that we send to you at the time you request a return.  Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage when shipping your return as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost in transit or not received.  We also will not accept liability for any items that might be lost in transit or don’t arrive should you choose an alternative shipment method.

Please note that there are no exchanges on custom design orders, or custom sized orders.

Exchanges and returns must be unworn.
